All merchandise and apparel are designed, produced, and shipped with high-quality standards. By placing an order, customers agree to the following terms regarding purchases, shipping, returns, and product use.

🚚 2. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

• Delivery times vary by location and carrier and may take 5–15 business days after processing.

• Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order ships.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or logistical issues.

• Incorrect address entries may result in delays or returned packages; reshipment fees may apply.

🔄 3. Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  ✅ unwashed
  ✅ in original packaging (if applicable)

• We do not cover return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations (clothing only) if stock is available.

• Non-returnable items:

  ❌ clearance/sale items
  ❌ digital downloads
  ❌ hygiene-sensitive products if opened (ex: drinkware, accessories packaging)

💔 4. Damaged / Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must report it within 7 days with:

  🧾 order number
  ✉️ email used for purchase

• We will replace or refund qualifying issues at no additional cost.

💰 5. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

• Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• If an exchange is selected instead of a refund, the new item ships once the returned item is received and inspected.

📏 6. Sizing & Fit Policy (Clothing)

• Hoodie and T-shirt fits are unisex oversized streetwear style unless stated otherwise.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to review the size chart before purchase.

• We are not responsible for sizing errors if the size chart was provided and reviewed.

☕ 7. Accessories & Usage Policy

• Mugs are decorative and functional, hand-wash preferred to preserve print.

• Bags and accessories are made for daily casual use, not industrial wear/tear.

• Designs on drinkware, bags, and clothing may fade over time depending on washing habits and frequency of use.

• Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
